Healthier Copycat Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs are an amazingly simple and clean version of the iconic Easter candy. They are vegan, dairy and gluten free and made with only 5 ingredients but they taste like the real deal!

You will only need 5 ingredients: peanut butter, chocolate chips, maple syrup, vanilla and almond flour.

Place peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor.

Pulse until crumbly dough forms.

Form a ball and roll out to about 1/2'' thick. 

Using an egg shaped cookie cutter, cut out 12 eggs and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave, then dip each egg and place on a cookie sheet. Freeze for 1hour.

Add a swirl of milk chocolate, if desired.

Store in the fridge.
