Easter Grazing Platter is the ultimate spring charcuterie board loaded with cheese, meats, fresh fruit and veggies, nuts and delicious Easter candy. Serve it for brunch or as pre-dinner appetizer platter!

You will need: - fresh berries  - spring veggies - soft and hard cheese - cured meats - veggie dip - crackers - hard boiled eggs - pistachios or other nuts - Easter candy - chocolate bunny

To make the veggie dip, mix together Boursin cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and dill.

Line the board with paper and start with the dip and chocolate eggs.

Add hard boiled eggs, cheese and chocolate bunny. 

Place carrots, radishes and snap peas near the dip.

Add salami and prosciutto.

Now add strawberries, raspberries, crackers and pistachios.
