These Easy No Bake Cake Pops are a fun, quick and lightened up version of traditional cake pops. Made with almond and coconut flours, maple syrup and butter, they are naturally gluten-free, refined sugar free and so delicious your family will absolutely love them!

You will need:  almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt, white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles. 

In a large mixing bowl combine almond and coconut flour. 

Add melted butter, vanilla, maple syrup and salt. 

Mix with a silicone spatula until dough forms.

Roll the dough into 12 equally sized balls.

Insert a lolipop into each ball and place in the fridge for at least 30 mins.

Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave.

Dip each cake pop in melted white chocolate to coat. Use a spoon as needed.

Cover with rainbow sprinkled immediately and place in a cake pop stand.

Place in the fridge for at least 1h. Enjoy immediately or store for later in the fridge in an airtight container.
