Ingredients: cooked shrimp  cooked rice sweet corn pineapple edamame avocado carrots onions micro greens spicy sriracha dressing furikake (optional) pickled ginger

In a bowl arrange rice, veggies, greens, pineapple and ginger.

Add cooked shrimp and drizzle with spicy sriracha mayo dressing.

Sprinkle with furikake or black sesame seeds. Add wasabi peas, if desired.
