Brined Chicken Wings

Brined Chicken Wings are soaked in flavorful brine made with fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, spices, herbs and roasted or air fried to perfection. Brining produces juicy, flavorful and succulent chicken wings that you will want to eat over and over again!

You'll need: chicken wings hot and cold water ice kosher salt garlic red chili flakes,  bay leaves spices

Dissolve salt in hot water and add the spices and the rest of brine ingredients.

Add ice to cool the brine quickly.

Brine the wings in the fridge for 4 hours.

Dry the wings on paper towels (don't rinse!).

Bake until crispy.

Serve on its own or with your favorite dipping sauce.
