Start with rolled oats. Pulse to grind.

Add nuts and coconut. Pulse until processed.

Add shredded carrots, dates and raisins.

Process until coarse dough forms.

Transfer to a paoper lined brownie pan.

Flatten and freeze until firm.

Drizzle with white chocolate and cut into squares.!

Enjoy right away or store in the freezer.
