Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff Spread or other cookie spread
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a mason jar or an airtight container.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Serve on its own or topped with banana slices, walnut pieces, crushed or whole Biscoff cookies and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

You can use unsweetened almond, soy, coconut, hemp or dairy milk in this recipe.
Rolled oats work best but you can also use quick oats for creamier, mushier texture.
If you want, you can replace ground flaxseed with chia seeds.
Top Biscoff Overnight Oats with your favorite fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, crushed Biscoff cookies or a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread.
