Ingredients

Fruit

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries

Vegetables

  • Carrots
  • Radishes
  • Snap peas

Herbed Cheese Yogurt Dip

  • ½ package Garlic and Fine Herb Boursin Cheese minced
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ lemon juiced

Meat, Eggs & Cheese

  • Unexpected Cheddar Cheese
  • Spanish Tapas Cheese Sampler
  • Salami
  • Prosciutto
  • Hard boiled eggs

Crackers & Nuts

  • Wheat Thins
  • Good Thins gluten-free
  • Pistachios

Candy

  • Cadbury Eggs
  • Robin Eggs
  • Milk Chocolate Bunny

Instructions

  • To make the Herbed Yogurt Dip, mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  • Line a large rectangular rimmed board, cookie sheet or ceramic platter with parchment paper to make clean-up easier.
  • In a small bowl combine Cadbury mini eggs and Robin malted eggs.
  • Place the candy egg bowl and the Herbed Yogurt Dip on the board away from each other.
  • Add cheese and hard boiled eggs. At this stage I also like to unwrap and place the chocolate bunny in the middle.
  • Place salami and prosciutto near the cheese. I recommend folding salami in quarters and shaping prosciutto into fans. This creates more volume than flat slices.
  • Arrange halved radishes, snap peas and carrots near the veggie dip and arrange cured meats near the cheese. Opening some pea pods makes for a nice presentation but is totally optional!
  • Add halved strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. Make sure your fruit is washed and dried on paper towels.
  • Now add crackers and pistachios.
  • Fill the gaps with more berries, as needed. The board should look full.
  • Add utensils and serve! Small spoons, forks and spreaders will make serving this epic Easter appetizer easier.

Notes

I have not included specific amounts of ingredients (other than Herbed Yogurt Dip) because it really depends on the size of your platter, number of guests and your personal preferences.
For the same reason, I didn't include nutritional information. Who wants to count calories when enjoying Easter with family anyway?
Use this board as an inspiration and make it your own by customizing ingredients and amounts of specific foods.
