- 5.3 oz Boursin cheese shallot & chive or garlic & herb flavor
- 2 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup fig spread
- ⅓ cup shelled pistachios roasted and salted, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
In a medium bowl mix together Boursin cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Transfer to a plate and spread around with the back of a spoon.
Top with fig preserve and spread it evenly.
Then sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with hot honey.
Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, crostini or crusty bread.
I used Shallot & Chive flavored Boursin for this recipe but I've also made it with Garlic & Herb kind and both were delicious.
If you can't find fig spread, use any other fruit preserve: raspberry, cranberry or blueberry. Red pepper jelly will also works great.
Shelled pistachios can be swapped for toasted pecans or walnuts.
Boursin dip can be made ahead of time - prepare it, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
