Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peach slices frozen
  • ½ banana frozen
  • cup plain Greek yogurt or skyr
  • 1 Medjool date pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender starting with almond milk (or milk of choice).
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

This recipe uses frozen peaches and frozen banana for best texture. It will also work with fresh peaches but you will need to add a handful of ice to it. Or, slice the peaches and freeze them spread out on a paper lined baking sheet for 1 hour before using.
I like the flavor of Medjool date in this smoothie but if you don't have any, swap it for 1 tabelspoon of maple syrup or honey.
If the smoothie is too thick, add an additional splash of almond milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add more peaches or ice cubes.
