This Peach Smoothie tastes a bit like peach crisp in smoothie form, with sweet peaches, creamy yogurt, a hint of vanilla, and cinnamon. Made with simple ingredients and no protein powder, it's a satisfying breakfast or snack that comes together in just 5 minutes.

Unlike a lot of smoothie recipes out there that rely on protein powder for staying power, this Summer Peach Smoothie gets its protein naturally from Greek yogurt (or skyr), along with hemp or chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost. It’s thick, satisfying, packed with real ingredients, and comes together in just minutes for an easy breakfast or snack.
With cozy notes of vanilla and cinnamon, this healthy peach smoothie has all the flavors of a warm peach crisp in a cool and refreshing smoothie. It’s perfect for breakfast on the go or just chilling out in the afternoon. Recipe Variations
You can easily switch things up a bit to try a slightly different version every morning. Various fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or other frozen fresh fruits (or even swapping avocado for the banana!) can add a wide variety of fun flavors to try out! These are just a few of my favorites:
Peach Mango Smoothie: Swap in some mango for part of the peaches to give this smoothie a tropical twist. Mango adds extra sweetness and creaminess, and works especially well if you’re using frozen fruit for a thick, frosty texture.
Peach Protein Smoothie: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to make this even more filling and post-workout perfect. Vanilla protein works best with the peach flavor, and you may need a small splash of extra liquid to help it blend in smoothly.
Peach Strawberry Smoothie: Replace the banana with a handful of strawberries for a brighter, slightly tangy flavor. Fresh or frozen both work, with frozen strawberries giving the smoothie a thicker, more milkshake-like consistency.
Dairy-Free Peach Smoothie: Use a plant-based yogurt instead of dairy yogurt to keep this completely dairy-free. Coconut yogurt is especially good here for its creamy texture and subtle sweetness, but almond or oat yogurt also work well.
Peach Cheesecake Smoothie: Swap Greek yogurt for cottage cheese to create a rich, dessert-like smoothie. It blends surprisingly smooth and adds a thick, creamy texture with a mild tang that mimics cheesecake.

Tips & Tricks for the Best Peach Yogurt Smoothie
- Use frozen fruit to get the best flavor and texture. Having to add ice dilutes the full flavor and waters down the drink.
- Use the milk to adjust thickness to your personal tastes
- Taste the smoothie before adding extra sweetener
- Blend the ingredients long enough to create the perfect silky texture

I use frozen peaches and frozen banana for the best texture. This recipe will work with fresh peaches but you will need to add a handful of ice to it. Or, slice the peaches and freeze them spread out on a paper lined baking sheet for 1 hour before using.
The yogurt is what makes this smoothie creamy. You can swap for cottage cheese for a creamy peach cheesecake vibe.
Yes, use non-dairy yogurt and the recommended almond milk, soy milk, or other non-dairy milk

Made this for breakfast and it kept me full for hours. So creamy and the peach flavor comes through naturally. My kids drank it and asked for more. New go-to for busy mornings.
